This plumbing company is the real deal. Very professional and easy to work with. We had a leaky kitchen sink and Rob/Dan explained the issue in detail to us. They provided us a 3 tiered solution ranging in low/mid/high price point based on the amount of work required while each option addressed the root cause. We had a severely clogged shower drain that we just could not fix. We had tried every physical and chemical solution we could think of, even rented equipment from the hardware store. It seemed to be plaster debris from the previous owner's renovations and it looked like it was going to be an expensive repair. The first plumber we called told us we would probably have to rip open the ceiling from downstairs and replace the pipes.We called Plumbing Nerds because we saw great reviews and wanted to get just one more opinion. Rob and Dan came to our house and they told us they would try their best to unclog the drain, but we might have to prepare for big repairs if they were unsuccessful. Well they did it! They were courteous, professional, and they saved us thousands of dollars. There are no hidden fees, they give you your options, and you sign for the one that best suits your needs/budget.
