This plumbing company is the real deal. Very professional and easy to work with. We had a leaky kitchen sink and Rob/Dan explained the issue in detail to us. They provided us a 3 tiered solution ranging in low/mid/high price point based on the amount of work required while each option addressed the root cause. This allowed the customer to choose what they were comfortable with paying along with what additional work they could opt for to better optimize their plumbing system. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for plumbing services.

We had a severely clogged shower drain that we just could not fix. We had tried every physical and chemical solution we could think of, even rented equipment from the hardware store. It seemed to be plaster debris from the previous owner's renovations and it looked like it was going to be an expensive repair. The first plumber we called told us we would probably have to rip open the ceiling from downstairs and replace the pipes.We called Plumbing Nerds because we saw great reviews and wanted to get just one more opinion. Rob and Dan came to our house and they told us they would try their best to unclog the drain, but we might have to prepare for big repairs if they were unsuccessful. Well they did it! They were courteous, professional, and they saved us thousands of dollars. There are no hidden fees, they give you your options, and you sign for the one that best suits your needs/budget. We were so happy with them, thank you so much Rob and Dan!

I've been thinking about writing some reviews about them here. As I saw they hit the mark of 4.8 at Google currently, I would be not surprised by that. Actually, in my eyes, I would like to give a 5+ to them. And I bet my husband would not have a disagreement of it with me. Dan and Justin they are very professional, reliable, friendly, and passionate about work. Every time if I have any of questions, they, especially Justin would also answer patiently instead of just doing the work and then running away from it. No, they are not that type. Unfortunately, it turned out the problems in my drain pipe underground requires advanced work, like hydro jetting work, after they worked very hard and then diagnosed. Justin even explained very things every details about what it was for me to my friend through a phone call in a professional way(hard to say thank you enough to Justin, a very good gentleman). My friend is an experienced expert in the field of working on weeping tile systems. My friend had found out a very good Jetting company to do the jet cleaning for my house according to the information offered by Justin and told me that Justin is a very good plumber, and the Plumbing Nerds is a good company, later after.A few mins ago, I just got a call from Dan. He followed up with me about how things go so far. I told him the jetter is coming tomorrow. Very impressed and so grateful for their help. They are the best.

Good solid friendly guys working for this company. They may not be the cheapest around but they do good solid work from what I can see, and ultimately I don’t mind paying more for good customer service and good work. Being licensed is key to us too as any issues and they of course can, and do, rectify them. Justin and Tyler are both great guys with good knowledge.

This is the second time I used their service. Again, their business model revolves around customer service. Phone calls are always answered, appointments are prompt and the technician was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. They are pricey and there is some up-selling. Options are quoted for expanded, more expensive service, but they are not pushed.In summary, I will use them again if needed. Promptness and customer service offsets the high cost.

positives people are friendly and come very quickly. However unless you are loaded with $ Do not use I had an estimate done on a outside hose bib replacement and the Estimate was 560$. Went to the hardware store bought about 45 bucks worth of materials. and replaced it myself. First time ever replacing a hose bib and it took me 2 hours to do the job. umm ya just saying.

The cartridge in our shower handle had broken and needed to be replaced. They gave us a window between 12-4pm on the same day, the technician came at 11.35 and was very friendly and professional. He figured out which part he needed, but he didn't have it on hand so he went to get the part and when he returned he fixed the shower in about 10 minutes. He didn't make/leave a mess and it was overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them! Very fast and reliable service!

I reached out to Plumbing Nerds for help with a clogged kitchen sink in the basement apartment. Danilo helped us with our issue and he has been very patient with his assessment of the issue as well as the options available for us to choose from.Once the solution was identified, he clarified the issues we faced with the option as the existing Plumbing was not straight forward. He then got his tools and got to work and it took him about 40+ minutes to get the clog cleared up.He has been very patient with us and displayed professionalism when he was with us. Absolute professionals, start to finish! I called at 10AM with my issue (tub would not drain) and a plumber was sent out right away. Anthony was friendly and professional and quickly assessed the problem. He offered me 3 different options at different pricing levels and allowed me to choose the one I wanted without any pressure or sales pitch. He covered the entire work area to keep it clean and managed to resolve the issue completely. He explained the problem, and provided tips on avoiding the issue again. This is a scam. Be careful. They will not tell you the exact price but it is 700$ for the most minimum service for just clearing a clogged drain. Many others charge 250. They charged 70$ just to run the tap.

I found that the overall price was too high, as another company charges over 50% less for this job. The repairman did a good quality job by installing a new Mini ball dishwasher shut off valve, as my other valve was leaking. He came promptly to do the job the same day. I do appreciate the company giving me a 10% Refund back off the total amount of $838.00. However, the job took approximately 60 minutes, so the price seems too high.

While I wouldn't wish needing the service of a rooter company on anyone, if you ever need one, you couldn't get vetter service anywhere. Brandon and Danilo were knowledgable and professional, and they worked tirelessly for five hours to solve our problem with a clogged drain that involved removing ceiling panels. Dan was excellent to work with. Pilozo is one of the few (actually the only one I could find in Newmarket) that could do both plumbing and gas. I had a slow leak in one of my pipes and also needed a natural gas hook-up for my BBQ. I had tried the Jiffy App, but similar to my web search, I could not combine gas and plumbing other than with Pilozo.Dan showed up early to do the quote and as arranged showed up three days later on time to do the plumbing and gas work. He was very neat and laid out blankets to ensure that our floors were not damaged while doing the plumbing (I could not find a drop of water either and I have seen a few messes from other plumbers in my time). Similarly, he did a very clean job and actually painted the piping for our BBQ hook-up. It was cold out, so I commend him for the extra time he took to make it look great. Dan and his team came on time as scheduled to assess our kitchen sink that’s been backing up. He found our new plumbing under the sink wasn’t properly installed and located a few areas in the plumbing where the back up could be. He was able to use his tools to snake out the issue in multiple directions, re-piped a section of piping that was cracked and installed an access point for future maintenance. Dan installed a new valve for our main water line and did a fantastic job. He came to look at the valve, called the manufacturer to get the right part, and although the service had to be rescheduled from the intended date, Dan was prompt to reschedule it the following week. He followed covid procedures, was quick with the installation, and even sent a video of the fixed valve when finished. We would have no issue using his service again. Recommended!

After trying to reconnect water to the toilet after an attempted repair, I had water leaking from the fittings.Unable to stop the leaks on my own, I called Pilozo Plumbing and repair. My call was answered immediately. I was given a timely appointment time. Dan arrived on time , diagnosed the connection problem, and effected the repair.I have called other services in the past and experienced:No answer or no call back the same day.Call back several days later.Call back but appointment set day in the future.Failure to appear at appointment time arriving an hour to several hours late or not showing at all with no heads up communication.Pilozo Plumbing was customer service oriented, communicating and performing professionally.

100 percent recommend Pilozo Plumbing and Gas Services Inc. He just finished with our blocked kitchen drain. While other plumbers declined our issue, Danilo quickly diagnosed the problem with great expertise and was extremely informative. He came the next day that I inquired and would’ve came the same day if my schedule allowed. Super genuine and honest. It was a difficult job and he got it done all by himself. Cannot say enough great things about this company!!

This company came in and assisted us in a professional and timely manner. I am finishing my basement and the gas line would create a bulkhead not needed. This company gas fitted the pipe and created that clean and sleek look I wanted. The company made sure no gas was leaking and opened the window while working to reassure the odour did not circulate around the house. Great layout and timetable of their work and we knew what to expect... no surprises. I highly recommend this company

It was a pleasure to have Danilo Pilozo come to my home and solve my plumbing issues. He went the extra mile and didn’t stop until the stubborn drain blockage was finally cleared.I had hired another plumbing company to help me out and they failed to do the job, installed incorrect materials and blamed me when the problem wasn’t solved.Danilo came, worked diligently to successfully clear the drain, and replaced everything the other plumbers used.A great experience all around!

My Hot Water Tank had a faulty mixer valve. I contacted Pilozo Plumbing and with short notice they responded right away. They even stayed late to complete the replacement.Danilo was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. Pilozo was the perfect choice for this job! I placed the call and was immediately responded to. The job was booked to unblock my basement drains, and where another company was not able to find the issue, Danilo was able to methodically trace it to a blockage where roots had grown through cracks. A HUGE headache was resolved quickly with a no- nonsense approach, and best of all the quote was bang on. Very professional and skilled. I highly recommend!

Wonderfully courteous, exceptional service. Very quick to respond and to come out (within an hour of call). Price not unreasonable, and he was very upfront with costs.
